About the Role
This position is ideal for tech-savvy people who enjoy digging into issues and making users feel supported. You'll be part of a global project helping German-speaking users with search-engine-related questions and technical tasks.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer interactions in German, providing accurate and friendly support.
- Solve technical issues using the projects tools, scripts, and knowledge base.
- Document interactions and keep system notes up to date.
- Flag patterns or recurring problems to the team to improve processes.

Monday-Friday (08:00-20:00, rotational) + weekends (08:00-17:00, rotational). Two days off per week.
Location
Lisbon, on-site.
