About the job French Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

Were hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international meal card project based in Braga. This role is ideal for candidates already living in or near Braga who are comfortable working in a hybrid or on-site model.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and/or digital channels

  • Provide clear, accurate support related to meal card services

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience in French

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Location & Work Model

  • Location: Braga

  • Work model: Hybrid / On-Site

Only candidates already living in or around Braga (or Aveiro for specific B&M positions) will be considered. Relocation or remote work is not available.

Language Requirement

  • French: C2 / Native level

  • No accent required (mandatory for client approval)

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)

  • Performance bonus: €140 (paid over 12 months)

  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

  • Position bonus (Braga): €20 (paid over 12 months)

  • Health insurance:

    • Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)

    • Fully free after 6 months of contract

Documents Required

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Portugal, including one of the following:

  • EU ID

  • Residence Card

  • Manifestação de Interesse

  • Visa Type D + NIF
