About the Role

As a Content Moderator, youll be on the front lines of keeping a major global platform safe. Youll review user-generated content, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and help maintain a positive experience for millions of users. Every decision you make will directly impact the safety, trust, and well-being of the online community.

Main Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content according to internal policies and procedures.

• Ensure all content aligns with community, legal, and safety guidelines.

• Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases to senior teams when needed.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high attention to detail in every review.

• Meet performance targets around quality, speed, and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and share insights.

• Adapt quickly to new policies, tools, and platform updates.

• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for users.

Requirements

• Fluency in German.

• Good command of English.

• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card

• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.

• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Prior experience in moderation or customer-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory).

• 07:00 - 16:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 22:30 - 07:30
