Dutch Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Dutch + English) to join our Small Appliances Group in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems fast, and keeping everything running smoothly, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers through various channels ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Understand product features, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users with clarity
• Keep internal systems updated and maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus

Schedule
Monday to Saturday, full time (Portuguese business hours). Sunday + one rotating day off.
