  • Assist customers in German and English with legal/claims-related questions.
  • Review cases, verify documentation, and provide clear resolution steps.
  • Maintain accurate records and use internal tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines while offering excellent service.

  • Fluency in German + English.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

  • Experience in customer support or administrative/legal environments is a plus.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, Portuguese business hours. Weekends off.
