Croatian - Customer Support- living in Athens

We are looking for fluent Croatian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for customers while working in an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Document customer interactions and follow internal procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level)

• English level B2 or higher

• Ability to work on-site in Athens

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• No previous experience required (full training provided)
