Dutch speakers- Customer Advisor- Porto

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists currently living in Porto, Portugal, to join a growing international team in a hybrid work model.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping customers and providing high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries

• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Follow company policies and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)

• Good English level (B2 or higher)

• Currently living in Porto or nearby areas

• Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid model (office + remote)
