French speakers- Customer Support- Braga

We are looking for French-speaking professionals to join our team in Braga, Portugal, as Customer Support Specialists. In this role, you will support customers of a global company, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French via email, chat, or phone.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).

• Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
