We are currently looking for German speakers to join an international team in Lisbon as Customer Support Representatives for a Digital Marketing project.

💼 Your Responsibilities:

• Provide support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with digital marketing platform inquiries

• Support advertisers and businesses in optimizing their online presence

• Troubleshoot technical and campaign-related issues

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent German

• Good level of English (B2 or higher)

• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for the digital marketing industry

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
