Spanish (LATAM) speakers- Customer Support- Lisbon

We are currently looking for Spanish speakers to join an international team as Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Provide support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general information

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish

• Good level of English (B2 or higher)

• Experience in finance or banking at least one year

• Strong communication skills

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
