About the role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for German-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related questions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
