We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers, ensuring an excellent user experience while working in an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Requirements:
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)

English level B2 or higher

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

No previous experience required (training provided)
