Dutch Speakers- Customer Support- Lisbon

We are currently looking for fluent Dutch speakers to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal.

If you are customer-oriented, motivated, and looking for an international experience in one of Europes most vibrant cities, this opportunity is for you!

What you will do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch

• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Maintain quality and performance standards

What we are looking for:

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)

• Good level of English (B2 or higher)

• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• No previous experience required (training provided)
