Hi, we are looking for Danish speakers working remotely from Grecce as a Customer Suppport.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve product, service, or account-related issues efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Accurately document interactions in internal systems

• Escalate complex cases when necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability

• Good level of English (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
