About the job Croatian speakers- Customer Support
We are looking for fluent Croatian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for customers while working in an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Document customer interactions and follow internal procedures

Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements:
Fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level)

English level B2 or higher

Ability to work on-site in Athens

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

No previous experience required (full training provided)
