Hungarian speakers- Content Moderator- Lisbon

We are looking for Hungarian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will help maintain the quality and safety of a global e-commerce platform, ensuring that content complies with internal policies and community guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and standards.

• Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content from the platform.

• Monitor and manage large volumes of moderation queues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Support e-commerce operations by reviewing marketplace content and ensuring quality standards.

• Make rational and fair decisions based on moderation guidelines and local market expertise.

• Maintain high productivity and quality during peak seasons and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and platform safety.

• Provide professional support when interacting with users and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent Hungarian (C1/C2 level).

• Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

• Strong content moderation skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

• Ability to make rational, objective, and consistent decisions.

• Strong customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to cope with peaks in queue volumes, especially during promotional seasons.

• Cultural awareness and understanding of the local Hungarian market.
