German Speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (Google Ads) | €23K + Bonus + Relocation | Lisbon (Hybrid)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – LACS Santos)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Are you a German-speaking Google Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on optimization experience?

We are hiring a performance-driven professional to manage and optimize high-value Google Ads accounts within an international digital marketing team in Lisbon.

This is a data-focused role where your optimization decisions directly impact campaign performance and ROI.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Implement keyword strategies, bidding adjustments, and budget allocation
Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs
Generate actionable insights based on data trends
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive performance results

Requirements

German C1/C2 + English B2+
Minimum 12 months of hands-on Google Ads optimization experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (GNS)
Solid Excel skills
Analytical and KPI-driven mindset
Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon
