We are hiring Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers with paid campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Languages

• Brazilian Portuguese

• Spanish + English

• Arabic (candidates from any country can be considered)

Role Overview

Customer support role focused on paid campaign management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You will assist advertisers using marketing tools and analytics to improve results.

Working Hours

• Initial schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–19:00

  • Shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00

• Later stage (TBC) : 24/7 rotating shifts - 

  2 rotating days off

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

• Degree in Marketing or related field

• Mandatory experience with Google Analytics

• For Arabic role (some positions):

  • Knowledge of HTML / Web Development

  • Experience with Pixel data & API integrations

Offer

• Salary: €920 gross (14 months)

• Complexity Bonus: €40 (11 months)

• On-site position – no accommodation support

• Candidates must be already located in Lisbon
