Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Attendance Bonus: €150 x11 months
About the Role
We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic and international team in Porto.
This role requires flexibility and comfort working in a 24/7 rotational environment, supporting customers across multiple channels while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts

2 rotative days off per week
Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00
The night shift team is relatively small, meaning agents may only cover night shifts occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be fully comfortable with a 24/7 rotation model.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Maintain service quality and performance standards

Work collaboratively within a team environment
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1–C2)

English C1 level (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including occasional night shifts
