B2B Technical Sales Specialist – Hebrew

Location: Bulgaria

Working hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

We are hiring a B2B Technical Sales Specialist to support the Hebrew-speaking market within an international, technology-driven project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer meetings and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations (in person and remotely)

  • Provide technical expertise to support sales goals and solution selling

  • Prepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations

  • Identify and analyze customer needs and develop competitive solution strategies

  • Advise customers and internal sales teams on technical aspects of products and services

  • Deliver technical trainings when required

  • Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and customer inquiries

  • Evaluate client needs and propose suitable technical solutions

  • Handle objections and manage competitive pressures to retain customers

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with decision-makers

Requirements

  • Hebrew: Native / Fluent level required

  • English: Professional working proficiency

  • Experience in B2B Technical Sales or Solution Selling

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Technical background or ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Salary & Bonus

  • Base salary: 4,633 BGN gross

  • Target bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarter
