Role Overview

• Review and moderate user-generated content related to hate, abuse, and sensitive topics

• Apply internal policies and guidelines accurately and consistently

• Make fair, objective decisions while considering cultural and regional context

• Escalate complex cases when required

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment

Requirements

• Croatian (HR): Fluent / native level

• English (UK): Strong working proficiency

• High attention to detail and good judgment

• Ability to work with sensitive or disturbing content

• Cultural awareness and emotional resilience

• Comfortable working fully on-site
