Initial phase:

Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

2 shifts:

07:00 – 16:00

10:00 – 19:00

Later stage (TBC):

24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)

2 rotating days off
Compensation
-
Base salary: €1,080 gross / month (14 months)

Complexity Bonus: €80 / month (11 months)
Role Overview
You will provide B2B customer support to advertisers, focusing on paid campaigns and digital advertising products, while ensuring high service quality and strong customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements

German: Fluent / native level

English: Good working proficiency

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Proven experience in Digital Marketing

Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics

Customer service–oriented mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
