After training, work-from-home eligibility may be available based on performance and metrics.
For some start dates, WFH eligibility is subject to internal lock dates and technical requirements (speed test in Greece).
Role Overview:

Managing customer interactions in Dutch and English

Responding to customer requests through internal systems

Ensuring accurate, professional, and high-quality communication
Requirements:

Fluent Dutch (C1 level)

Good command of English (B2 level)

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

Basic computer skills

Availability to work on-site in Athens
