Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts – Monday to Sunday

  • Between 08:00 – 00:00

  • Shuttle service provided for the last shift

Salary & Compensation

  • Base salary (no prior experience): €15,260 gross / year

  • Signing bonus: possible €2,000 – €2,500 (based on conditions and eligibility)

Requirements

  • German: Fluent / native level

  • English: Minimum B2 level

  • Open to candidates with or without customer support experience

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
