Salary & Compensation

Base salary (no prior experience): €15,260 gross / year

Signing bonus: possible €2,000 – €2,500 (based on conditions and eligibility)
Requirements

German: Fluent / native level

English: Minimum B2 level

Open to candidates with or without customer support experience

Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
