Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via multiple channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions

Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Basic technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
