Location: Athens (Remote after probation)
Start Date: 20 February 2026 / 6 March 2026
Work Model:

  • Training & nesting: On-site in Athens (Attica)

  • After 90 days: Possibility to work from home based on performance and KPIs

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday

  • Between 08:00 – 00:00 

Salary:

  • 1500€ gross/month

Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via multiple channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions

  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

  • Basic technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
