Working Hours

Monday – Friday

Between 09:00 – 18:30

8-hour shifts on a rotational basis
Salary Progression (Contact Centre Agent Rates)

Month 1: €5.60 / hour
-
Month 2: €8.10 / hour
-
After probation: €8.50 / hour
-
After 12 months: €8.75 / hour (performance-based)
-
After 18 months: €9.20 / hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits

Performance Bonus: up to €2,000 per year
(pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6-month probation) -
Language Allowance: €250 per month
(eligible after training period) -
Relocation Allowance: €2,000
(paid after 1 month of employment)
Requirements

German: C2 level (mandatory)

English: C1 level

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in a contact centre environment
