Position Details

Location: Malta (On-site)
Start Date: 15 February 2026
Eligibility: Local candidates and candidates currently abroad

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday

  • Between 09:00 – 18:30

  • 8-hour shifts on a rotational basis

Salary Progression (Contact Centre Agent Rates)

  • Month 1: €5.60 / hour

  • Month 2: €8.10 / hour

  • After probation: €8.50 / hour

  • After 12 months: €8.75 / hour (performance-based)

  • After 18 months: €9.20 / hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits

  • Performance Bonus: up to €2,000 per year
    (pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6-month probation)

  • Language Allowance: €250 per month
    (eligible after training period)

  • Relocation Allowance: €2,000
    (paid after 1 month of employment)

Requirements

  • German: C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: C1 level

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable working in a contact centre environment

  • Willingness to work on-site in Malta
