Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Agents for international digital environments.
The role involves customer support, service assistance, and user communication in a fast-paced, professional customer service setting.

Salary & Bonuses 

  • Base salary: 1,100€ per 14 months
  • Complexity bonus: 60€ per 11 months
  • Accomodation offered

General Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory experience in paid campaign management with a solid background in Digital Marketing Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience in a contact centre/service program within an Advertising Tech environment
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset, social media fluency, and ability to work both independently and in teams
