Were looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon.

Your role

• Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI

• Work on keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget optimization

• Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear, actionable insights

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

• Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness

What were looking for

Mandatory

• German C1/C2 (spoken & written)

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory)

• Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

• Comfortable working with Excel

Nice to have

• Agency background

• Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns

• Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms

Work schedule & model

• Monday – Friday

• 09:00 – 18:00

• Hybrid working model

• Office location: LACS Santos, Lisbon

Salary & contract

• Annual gross salary: 23,000 €

• Permanent contract
