Schedule: Rotative shift system – Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00
Contract Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a global Video Streaming Platform project.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical and account support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Candidate Profile

• Dutch native/fluent speaker + 

  English minimum B2 level (mandatory)

• With or without experience

• Strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work rotating shifts

Mandatory Documents

All candidates must have one of the following:

• EU ID or 

  EU Residence Card or Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary (without experience): 14,000€ gross/year

• Possible signing bonus: 2,000€ – 2,500€

• Paid training

Relocation Package

For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal:

• Full bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

• Housing assistance according to candidate needs

• Relocation bonus: 2,500€ gross (paid with first payroll cycle)

For candidates already in Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon):

• Relocation support: 1,500€ gross
