Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 -  Saturday & Sunday off

Job Overview

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer operations team based in Porto, Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong customer-oriented mindset who are motivated to work in a structured, multicultural, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and digital channels

• Resolving customer issues accurately and professionally

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality

• Following internal processes and documenting interactions

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written) + 

  English C1

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work on-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits

• Net salary: 1,500€ per month (paid over 14 months)

• Monthly bonus: 150€ per month for 11 months
