Location: LACS Santos, Lisbon
Work Model: Hybrid
Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 09:00 – 18:00

Salary & Compensation

• €23,000 gross per year

Signing Bonus

• Amount: To be confirmed (TBC)

• Paid in 3 installments:

  • After successful completion of training

  • After 90 days in the role

  • After 6 months of employment

• Pro-rata deduction applies if the 1-year contract is not completed.

Requirements

• German: Fluent / native level

• English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

• Experience with Ads tools, Digital Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis

• Strong analytical mindset and optimization skills

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory

Role Overview

• Optimize and improve performance of digital marketing campaigns

• Work hands-on with Google Ads to drive results

• Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights

• Support advertisers with campaign strategy and performance improvements

• Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work model

Relocation & Support Package

For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:

• Bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

• Assistance with accommodation search

• €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with the first payroll cycle)

For candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon):

• €1,500 gross relocation support
