Position Details

Location: Sofia (On-site)
Start Date: 2 February 2026

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 23:00

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Training

• 3 weeks paid training

• + 1 week nesting to ensure a smooth onboarding

Salary

• €1,793.40 gross / month

Requirements

• Croatian: Native level (mandatory)

• English: B2 level

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit is required

• Relocation candidates will be reviewed only if legally eligible to work
