A globally recognized customer experience leader is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Associates for an international travel project supporting one of the world's leading accommodation platforms.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build an international career in customer experience and travel while enjoying life in Greece and working within a multicultural environment.

• Location: Athens, Greece
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday | Rotative Shifts
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 00:00 | 40h/week | 8h/day | 5 working days

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
• Computer literacy and stable internet connection for remote setup
• Ability to relocate or already be based in Greece

What You'll Do

• Support customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve questions related to bookings, availability, and platform tools
• Provide accurate information using internal systems and processes
• Deliver a high-quality customer and partner experience

• 1,500€ gross salary x14 salaries
