We are looking for Hungarian / Polish-speaking Customer Service Agents who are passionate about assisting customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth user experience on a global e-commerce and digital services platform.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment in Lisbon.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian or Polish
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product questions, and service issues
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Handle high contact volumes during promotion periods
• Follow platform policies and service standards to resolve customer cases efficiently

What We're Looking For

• C1/C2 Hungarian or Polish (mandatory)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital services
• Empathy and rational decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions

Work Schedule

Rotational Shifts

• Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
• Possible future transition to 24/7 operations.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
• Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)
