The Opportunity
We're looking for a hybrid researcher-builder who thrives at the intersection of talent intelligence and AI.
Your mission is simple: identify exceptional talent faster than anyone else while helping shape the next generation of AI-powered recruiting tools.
This is more than sourcing. You'll act as a manager of AI research agents—providing context, refining outputs, stress-testing workflows, and helping improve the tools their engineering team builds.
What You'll Do
Talent Research & Market Mapping;
- Build calibration lists and market maps for niche and senior roles
- Turn client briefs into structured search hypotheses
- Identify hard-to-find candidates across global talent markets
Candidate Sourcing & Qualification;
- Source talent for challenging and executive mandates
- Review inbound applications with a maximum 2-day SLA
- Maintain high-quality pipelines and protect delivery standards
Outreach & Engagement;
- Execute personalized LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Create high-quality outreach messaging
- Support executive search initiatives with premium candidate engagement
AI & Product Collaboration;
- Act as a power user of our proprietary AI research tools
- Test new features and provide detailed product feedback
- Build prompts, workflows, and automations that improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering to shape future AI capabilities
Requirements
- Recruitment / Research professionals with 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, market mapping, calibration, and pipeline qualification who are eager to leverage AI to transform how recruiting is done.
- Analytical professionals from fields such as data science, consulting, finance, research, or strategy, bringing structured thinking and a strong desire to learn the craft of talent acquisition.
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High ownership and accountability
- An AI-native mindset with curiosity for automation, tooling, and workflow optimization
Nice to Have
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Familiarity with automation tools or LLMs
- Experience building workflows, prompts, or small automations
- Market mapping experience for niche or executive roles
