• Location: Barcelona, Spain / On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Contract: Full-Time Permanent (39h/week)
• Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Handle technical and service-related issues within SLA standards
• Maintain product and service knowledge
• Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Danish and English communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
