• Language: Dutch + English (C1)
• Location: Porto, Portugal / On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 24/7 Rotative Shifts
• Days Off: 2 Rotative Days
• Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Work with internal tools and systems to provide accurate solutions
• Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility for rotational schedules, including occasional night shifts
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization 

Compensation & Benefits

• 1,100€ gross salary paid over 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: 150€ paid over 11 months
• Relocation support for eligible candidates with work authorization
