What you'll do

· Manage and grow our LinkedIn & Instagram presence
· Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)
· Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling
· Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals
· Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning
· Collaborate with IT, Animation, and Academy teams

What we're looking for

· Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
· Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems)
· Deep understanding of LinkedIn growth & content psychology
· Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional)
· Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands
· Structured thinking + execution discipline
