We are looking for German-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists to join a global technology companys support team in Athens.

In this role, you will help maintain the integrity, security, and trust of one of the worlds leading professional networking platforms, handling sensitive cases related to account security, privacy, and platform safety.

This is your opportunity to gain experience in Trust & Safety, platform governance, and digital security operations while working in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve trust, privacy, and security-related incidents
  • Handle cases related to account restrictions and account takeovers (ATO)
  • Review verification requests and profile integrity issues
  • Manage reports related to spam, harassment, phishing, and compromised profiles
  • Perform email ticket triage across multiple support queues
  • Provide support for core platform features and account issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical bugs
  • Document cases thoroughly to ensure high-quality case handling

What We're Looking For

  • German C1 level or native proficiency
  • English B2 level for internal communication and training
  • Bachelors degree or 2+ years experience in Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, or Trust & Safety support
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
  • Typing speed: 25+ words per minute.
