We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a global technology company supporting LinkedIn platform users in Athens.

In this role, you will assist users with platform-related inquiries, subscriptions, and product functionality while delivering a high-quality customer experience across LinkedIns digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support primarily via email and chat, with occasional outbound calls
  • Handle inquiries related to LinkedIn Learning and Recruiter subscriptions
  • Troubleshoot administrator and platform-related issues
  • Support small businesses and educational institutions with LinkedIn advertising inquiries
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across chat and email
  • Resolve common platform issues including account merging, subscription management, and platform functionality questions

What We're Looking For

  • German C1 level or native proficiency
  • English B2 level for training and internal communication
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple chats and emails simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Typing speed: 25+ words per minute.
