We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making rational decisions when reviewing user-generated content. In this role, you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring content follows community standards and marketplace guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in German
• Ensure platform content complies with community guidelines and policies
• Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
• Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues
• Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion and high-traffic periods

What We're Looking For

• C1/C2 German (mandatory)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong analytical and moderation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to make rational and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces

Work Schedule

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday)

Shift options:

07:00 – 16:00
14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: €100/month × 11 months
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
