About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a private equity-backed platform building a buy-and-build group in the healthcare supply chain sector.

The strategy is clear; Acquire profitable niche companies professionalize operations scale into a unified, high-performance group.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with experienced investors and operators, shaping how multiple businesses are integrated and scaled into a single platform.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Compensation:
PLN 180,000 – 240,000/year + ~1% Equity

What You'll Do

  • Lead post-acquisition integration of newly acquired companies
  • Design and implement processes, reporting structures, and operational frameworks
  • Identify inefficiencies and execute process optimization initiatives
  • Work directly with founders on strategic and operational execution
  • Coordinate across operations, finance, and management teams
  • Contribute to building a scalable operating model across multiple entities

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in startup, scale-up, or PE-backed environments
  • Strong track record in building or optimizing operations (early stage or scaling phase)
  • Exposure to Founder's Associate / Operations Manager / Chief of Staff-type roles
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and execution capability
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Based in Warsaw or able to work hybrid (no relocation support)

Strong Plus 

  • Experience with post-acquisition integration or buy-and-build models
  • Background in consulting with operational execution exposure
  • Familiarity with healthcare, industrial, or supply chain sectors
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and business drivers
