Salary: €23,876 – €27,284 gross/year (base + performance bonus)

We're building a high-performing digital sales and client onboarding team in Barcelona to support businesses. This role is designed for commercially driven professionals who can onboard, advise, and grow high-potential companies within a fast-paced, tech-focused advertising environment.

You'll work closely with new and emerging businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of digital advertising solutions, optimize performance, and unlock long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients as a strategic advisor

  • Design, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage, consult, and upsell services

  • Understand client objectives and tailor data-driven advertising strategies
  • Increase campaign spend through value-based upselling and optimization
  • Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM tools

  • Manage a high volume of client interactions in a structured, goal-oriented environment

Candidate Profile

  • Native-level Dutch or Danish + fluent English

  • Background in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles (18–24 months)

  • Strong understanding of PPC, ROI-driven campaigns, and digital advertising ecosystems

  • Confident communicator with presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics

  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making

  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy expectations in European markets
