Join an international team supporting a leading global e-commerce platform, helping maintain a safe and trusted online marketplace.

We are looking for Czech-speaking Content Moderators who will review and moderate platform content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and marketplace standards.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, able to make objective decisions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content and listings on an e-commerce platform
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and marketplace standards
• Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content
• Make rational moderation decisions based on local market knowledge
• Manage content queues and maintain high accuracy levels
• Handle peaks in moderation volumes during promotional periods

What We're Looking For

• C1/C2 Czech (mandatory)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong analytical and moderation skills
• Ability to make objective and rational decisions
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods

Work Schedule

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday)

Shift options:

07:00 – 16:00
14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
• Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year)
