Are you a tech-savvy communicator with a passion for helping others? Do you speak Dutch fluently and love solving complex problems? Were looking for dynamic individuals to support customersremotely from Lisbon!
What youll do:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Help customers via phone, chat, or email, guiding them step-by-step through technical solutions

Diagnose issues and escalate unresolved problems to specialized teams when necessary

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions

Stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and internal procedures
Who you are:

Fluent in Dutch (C1 or higher) and proficient in English (B2 minimum)

Experienced in technical support or highly interested in tech

A great communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented and calm under pressure

Able to work from home (within Portugal) and manage your time effectively
