What Youll Be Doing:

You'll assist users via phone, email, and chathelping them troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Youll play a key role in creating positive interactions and lasting impressions.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience (ideally in contact centers, B2C and/or B2B)

• Excellent communication skills in both German (native level) and English

• A team player with a proactive mindset and a customer-first attitude

• Adaptable, organized, and ready to embrace new tools and processes

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality support

• Ability to empathize and effectively manage customer emotions

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

• Based in Lisbon with a valid legal work permit

Your Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Diagnosing and resolving issues while keeping accurate records

• Classifying cases and potential bugs for escalation to technical teams

• Offering support for both general and technical inquiries on premium services

• Following defined procedures to escalate more complex issues
