What Youll Be Doing:
You'll assist users via phone, email, and chathelping them troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Youll play a key role in creating positive interactions and lasting impressions.
Your Profile:

Minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience (ideally in contact centers, B2C and/or B2B)

Excellent communication skills in both German (native level) and English

A team player with a proactive mindset and a customer-first attitude

Adaptable, organized, and ready to embrace new tools and processes

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality support

Ability to empathize and effectively manage customer emotions

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

Based in Lisbon with a valid legal work permit
Your Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Diagnosing and resolving issues while keeping accurate records

Classifying cases and potential bugs for escalation to technical teams

Offering support for both general and technical inquiries on premium services

Following defined procedures to escalate more complex issues
