What Youll Do

As a Customer Representative and Sales Specialist, you will:

• Sell cruise packages tailored to customer needs

• Cross-sell and upsell additional services and products

• Provide post-booking support and assist with booking management

• Support travel agents with their client bookings

• Offer expert information on destinations, cruises, documentation, pricing, and more

Your Ideal Qualifications Were looking for candidates who are:

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Great at both verbal and written communication

• Skilled in multitasking and managing priorities
