Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with bonuses of EUR 100 per month gross

* Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per day.

* Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month.

* Health insurance: Since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. It's free after 6 months of contract.

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Portugal (Remote), you will act as a point of contact for our banking company clients and provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
• Follow clients communication procedures and guidelines
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

We're a great match if you:

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) (C1)
• Good communication in English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
• Problem-solving Mindset and be confident at troubleshooting and investigation

Relocation Support

* Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to EUR 400 in Economy class.

* Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of EUR 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip).
