What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing supplier invoices using internal systems

• Assisting suppliers with invoice-related questions

• Handling inbound and outbound communication via phone and email

• Assessing when to escalate matters

• Connecting suppliers with clients when needed

Who You Are

This role is a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in Romanian (written and oral) and have a B2 level of English

• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Are proficient in Excel and communicate effectively

• Can work independently and manage tasks end-to-end

• Are reliable, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
