Your Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on product usage and care

• Assist with new purchases and product-related inquiries

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email

• Monitor and manage cases to ensure timely resolutions

• Represent a major brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

• Build strong relationships with users, always showing empathy and support

Your Qualifications:

• Fluency in Polish

• Strong command of English

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills

• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to multitask

• A true team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
